If the item you’ve purchased is not showing, restarting your app should resolve this issue for you.
If your purchase is still not showing on your account after restarting your app, please send our Support Team a copy of your receipt from either the App Store. We will be happy to look into this for you.
The other thing to check is if your payment is labeled as Pending by your Online Banking or Financial Institution. While the payment is pending, you will not receive the funds in game, that will only happen once your payment is processed.
