You can always redeem your cash balance through PayPal after earning at least $21.00. All you need is a valid PayPal account that you have access to.
If you don't have an active PayPal account, you will need to create one before cashing out. You can create a new PayPal account here.
However, *right now* we have not opened cash gaming to players outside of the US, though we are planning to very soon. Stay tuned, UK, AUS and CA are first on the list!
